I have just spent 5 hours getting back home. Did not see one single gritter! Saw buses abandoned in the middle of the road which really helped prolong the congestion, thank you TFL.

I went on the Haringey website which says they gritted the main roads well that must not include Crouch Hall Road, Wolsey Road (Shepherds Hill) or Ferme Park Road because they could candidates for the Olympic Downhill Skiing.

I would love to know what excuse the CEO comes up this time. Could you ask him where the gritters are? Or is it another WMD!

Totally agree with you. We've been stuck for hours trying to get from muswell hill to Stroud Green. Non of the roads have been gritted and people are stranded. We tried to park up and walk but being heavily pregnant and scared to walk up hill on the icy pavements we decided to stay in the car. We finally got home after 4 hours and are feeling really cross that the roads have not been gritted after we knew what weather to expect.
