A man from Waltham Forest has been charged with the attempted murder of a 39 year-old man at a flat in Stapleton Hall Road on Friday 13 November 2009. He has been remanded in custody and will be appearing at The Old Bailey in March 2010. As this is now proceeding through the courts, we are unable to provide any further details about the incident." So its good news that someone is being prosecuted and residents might find it reassuring that this stabbing didn't happen on the street. It seems the victim fled and collapsed on the street corner.
